Vivax — Building the World Model for Medicine

Vivax is an AI lab and leading medical AI company based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We build our medical AI as interoperable microservices that can all talk to each other because they share one model structure: the clinical world model. That world-model backbone sits above the EHR layer of a healthcare organization, and every service reads and reasons over the same clinical world model — Türkiye's first national medical LLM (a Turkish-native medical large language model), the Acudx clinical world model, video and world-action models (VAM/WAM), the Acudx AI-powered clinical simulation platform, operating room intelligence, and smart campus systems for medical universities. Because they share that backbone, the microservices compose: at the macro level the inter-communicating services work together as one macro service for the whole healthcare organization. Our work spans medical AI, medical models, clinical and medical world models, and national large language models for healthcare.
